An evolution of the AHG Shipping business, we established an A-Z ‘one-stop service’ offering you help with trophy handling after the hunt. We’re empowering hunters, presenting options, and saving you money, all with one point of contact. From the time your trophies are in the salt, we coordinate with your outfitter, collect trophies country-wide, manage/coordinate imports from neighboring states and manage the delivery to one of our appointed taxidermists, or to your taxidermist.
We offer one of three options:
- Dipping & Packing (then export to your tannery or taxidermist) for processing back home.
- Tanning (then export to your taxidermist for mounting your already tanned capes).
- Complete taxidermy / mounting in South Africa (then export to your trophy room).
Upon selection of any of the three options above, we advise you of the export shipping options, including both ocean and air options. Then, with your agreement, we initiate the export process. Importation is through your selected import agent, or one we use. Thereafter, it is scheduled for final delivery. We keep in contact with you throughout the process, so you’ll always know where your trophies are and when you can expect them to the next stage in getting them safely to your home. The considerable savings you’ll realize through our contracted professional taxidermists goes a long way to helping reduce the combined costs of taxidermy and shipping. Despite being the least costly shipper you’ll find, the actual costs of shipping are largely out of our control. However, with very favorable taxidermy prices in our brokerage service, our industry-best combined costs of taxidermy and shipping, along with our hassle-free one-point-of-contact, make this unique service something the hunting industry has needed for years.
